In accordance with NHS England requirements we have now allocated a Named GP to all registered patients

You should be aware of the following:

1. Your named GP is responsible for co-ordinating care
2. Patients may see any GP in the practice, the GP you usually see does not have to be your Named GP
3. Where a Named GP is part-time it will sometimes happen that your care will be overseen by another GP on duty and it will not always be possible to see a Named GP, especially at short notice
4. If you wish to know your allocated GP please ask at reception
5. Requests to change a Named GP will be considered and we will do our best to help although it is unlikely that we shall always be able to accommodate every request
