The Practice plans to offer the facility for patients to view online, export or print coded information held in their own records from 31st March 2016
Multi-Morbidity Clinics
If you have more than one long-term condition e.g Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Disease, that require regular reviews with a Practice Nurse, you can have all the reviews in one appointment. Ask at Reception for more details.
Named GP
All patients have now been allocated a named GP.
This GP is responsible for the care you receive, but you are still able to see any GP at the practice. If you would like to know who your GP is or would like to change your named GP, please ask at Reception.

Information Sharing

The NHS are proposing to allow data from you medical records to be shared by other NHS organisations in order to provide better care to all patients within the NHS and to decide where best to direct the funds and resources that the NHS has. The information would be anonymous.
You have a right to refuse to allow your data to be used in this way.
Please read the information to help you decide if you wish to be part of the information sharing programme. If you do not wish for your data to be used in this way and wish to opt out please contact the surgery or complete the Opt Out Form at the bottom of this page and send this in to us.
Surgery Closure
The surgery will be closed on the afternoons  Thursday 16th November 2017  & Wednesday 21st March 2018 for staff training. The surgery will close at 12.30pm and reopen the following morning at 8.30am (except  Wednesdays – the surgery will open at 7am, and following a Wednesday closure the surgery will reopen at 5.30pm for evening appointments)

Online Appointments now available
Online appointments are available if to patients to who have already registered for online prescriptions. If you would like to register for online appointment/prescriptions please contct reception or let us know via the Contact Form
