New Automated Arrivals System
The Surgery has installed an Automated Arrival System in Reception.
If you need help using the system to book in for your appointment
please ask the Receptionist who will be happy to help
The NHS are proposing to allow data from you medical records to be shared by other NHS organisations in order to provide better care to all patients within the NHS and to decide where best to direct the funds and resources that the NHS has. The information would be anonymous.
You have a right to refuse to allow your data to be used in this way.
Please read the information to help you decide if you wish to be part of the information sharing programme. If you do not wish for your data to be used in this way and wish to opt out please contact the surgery or complete the Opt Out Form at the bottom of this page and send this in to us.
The surgery will be closed on the afternoons of Thursday 14th May & Tuesday 9th June 2015 for staff training. The surgery will close at 12.30pm and reopen the following morning at 8.30am (except wednesdays – the surgery will open at 7am, and following a wednesday closure the surgery will reopen at 5.30pm for evening appointments)

Online Appointments now available
Online appointments are available if to patients to who have already registered for online prescriptions. If you would like to register for online appointment/prescriptions please contct reception or let us know via the Contact Form
